Astounding Rates for Reservations
All sites at Sandy Riverfront RV Resort have been hooked up fully with a 30/50 amp service, concrete pads up to 60-feet in length with an additional car pad 25 feet and FREE wireless internet (coupon code required for security).
Electricity is included in daily bookings at no extra or metered charge. If you're staying for the month, electricity is metered, but garbage, water, and sewer services are included.
Dogs to a maximum of 75 pounds are welcomed, excluding Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Malinois, Cane Corso, and German Shepherd of any size are prohibited. This excludes only certain aggressive breeds because of insurance and safety concerns.
We do enforce a standard of excellence and allow 2013 and newer RVs while viewing older RVs for admission.

Additional charges apply for room tax and lodging tax as applicable. Currently, the rate is 8.75% on daily bookings.
A credit, criminal, and rental background check is required to qualify for a Monthly space, plus an electricity read from our submeter.
As of November 14, 2023 we have transitioned to FireFly software and every new reservation will have a $3.50 fee added. We are learning how to use more of their tools and hope this provides value in better communications and response time.
Weekly rates have been discontinued at this time.
